Kalyan obtained his PhD degree in 2021, with focus on advanced manufacturing of printed electronics applications at TU Chemnitz. He accomplished his M.Sc. & M.Tech. from TU Chemnitz and Manipal University (India). Since 2018, he is associated to R&D activities at Dept. Printed Functionalities, Fraunhofer ENAS, where he is responsible for project acquisition and coordination. His R&D focus includes industrialisation and individualised implementation of the inkjet technology, and its exploitation in the fields of micro-electronics and surface functionalisation.
