Before Gunther focused on innovative drying solutions with Lambda Technology, he graduated as mechanical engineer and gained specialised experience in leading positions at Alkor, Seidenader and Industrieservice (today: Adphos) – in construction and plant development. He is the inventor of a new hybrid technology which combines short process times with energy savings.
